Steps you can do before letting me know:

 - Perform basic system refresh from the recovery mode
--To enter recovery mode, hold down the R key when Log OS boots up
 - Perform full system refresh from the recovery mode
--You have to perform basic refresh and then you can perform full refresh
 - Restore factory settings
--Enter recovery mode > Wipe user data / Factory reset
 - Restore from a backup
--If you have created a backup, you can restore it
 - Reinstall Log OS
--Delete Log OS from your computer and run the installation program again
 - Update the software
--Install the latest software (from the recovery mode or download and install the package)
